HealthyMindsPhilly

HealthyMindsPhilly.org is an online resource to support and improve the mental health and well-being of all Philadelphians. It is an initiative of the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS).

Mental Health First-Aid Training

Learn to identify, understand, and respond to signs of behavioral health challenges or crises. Philadelphia is one of the first cities in the U.S. to implement MHFA on a large scale. Certifications are available for Adults, Youth, Public Safety, Veterans, and Higher Education. Research shows MHFA leads to greater recognition of behavioral health challenges, increased confidence in helping, more help provided, and decreased stigma.

Online Mental Health Screening — Evaluaciones de Salud Mental

If you feel sad, anxious, or stressed, this free screening tool can help you decide if you need further help.
